Our strength lies in developing what makes IT work between us as individuals, it is about processes, co-workers and partners. This area is closely connected to what we do in cyber and information security.
Some examples of our work include:
- Implementation and/or internal audit of ISO/IEC 20000
- Process improvement with support from ITIL, COBIT and other frameworks, standards and best practice.
- Act as service manager, change manager incident manager, problem manager, knowledge manager, etc.
- Coach and mentor for continuous improvement
- Project manager in strengthen the internal control regarding IT processes
- IT audits regarding genral IT controls, IT audits of business systems, IT audits of outsorucing and cloud providers.
